Pricing & HST

• Prices can vary. The prices shown on our website, menus and promotions are starting points. Your final price depends on factors such as hair length, thickness and condition, the products used, and the time your service requires. We’re happy to confirm your price before we begin.
• No listed prices include HST. Harmonized Sales Tax (13%) is added to every service, product, package and gift card purchase at checkout.
• Prices and promotions may change without notice. Special offers are valid only for the dates stated.

Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the service cost, and no-shows may be charged 100% of the service cost.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or shorten your service so we stay on time for the next guest.

Service Guarantee

We want you to love your hair. If you’re not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment so we can make it right.

Gift Cards

Our gift cards never expire and have no fees. HST is applied when the card is redeemed. Buy a gift card.

Bridal & Wedding Bookings

Bridal quotes are based on the services and party size you request, and your date is secured with a non-refundable booking fee. Travel fees for on-site service are quoted separately. HST and any gratuity are added to your final invoice. See our bridal packages for details.
